Join our group sessions to refine your asana practice with intentional alignment, deep breathing, and the collective energy of a dedicated wellness community.

My role as a guru is to guide you towards ease and flexibility in your practice. Here, I am seen demonstrating a deep forward bend, assisting a student in Padmasana, and in my own state of meditation.

The energy of a group practicing together is powerful. Here, students are engaged in various asanas like Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) and Ashwa Sanchalanasana (Equestrian Pose), creating a collective focus and harmony.

In our classes, we practice asanas like Vasisthasana (Side Plank Pose) to build core strength and stability. Yoga is a simple yet profound way to connect with and experience your true self.

A typical session involves a blend of dynamic asanas and quiet introspection. Here you can see students moving through stretches and holding Malasana (Garland Pose) before settling into meditation.

Our classes incorporate a range of postures to benefit the entire body. This sequence shows students practicing Matsyasana (Fish Pose) to open the chest and throat, followed by Karnapidasana for deep internal focus.

Flexibility is a result of consistent practice. In this class, students work on forward bends like Janu Sirsasana and standing poses like Trikonasana to lengthen the spine and open the hips.

I encourage the use of props like the yoga wheel to safely deepen backbends and release spinal tension. This allows students of all levels to explore advanced postures with proper support.

Balance is as much mental as it is physical. Here, students practice a variation of Utkatasana (Chair Pose) on their toes, which requires immense focus and builds strength in the legs and ankles.

A complete yoga sadhana includes pranayama (breathing techniques) and Savasana (Corpse Pose). These practices are essential for calming the nervous system and integrating the benefits of the physical asanas.

Watch a student gracefully flow through a sequence of asanas, including Virabhadrasana (Warrior Pose) and Parsvottanasana (Pyramid Pose). Each movement is connected to the breath, creating a moving meditation.

About Our Yoga Sadhana: Asanas & Group Classes

In our group sessions, we emphasize alignment over depth, meaning we prioritize the correct foundation of a pose before pushing for flexibility. We often use props like the yoga wheel or wall ropes to safely release tension in the shoulders and hamstrings, ensuring that practitioners of all levels can deepen their practice without the risk of injury.
