Strength isn't just about heavy lifting; it's about control, balance, and feeling good in your skin. Join my live online sessions to find your flow, from beginner basics to deeper stretches.

Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation, is a beautiful flow that represents the cycle of life. It's a complete workout in itself and a wonderful way to start the day with gratitude and movement.

This is Vrikshasana, or Tree Pose. It's a wonderful pose for improving balance and focus. Don't forget to smile while you do it.

Here I am in Virabhadrasana I, or Warrior I pose. This is a powerful standing pose that builds strength in the legs and opens up the chest and shoulders. Stay strong.

This is Three-Legged Downward Dog, a great pose for opening the hips and stretching the hamstrings. I always remind myself to feel gratitude for what my body can do each day.

The art of balancing in Navasana, or Boat Pose. This pose is fantastic for strengthening the core and hip flexors. It requires focus and a strong will.

Another angle of Boat Pose, showing the engagement of the core muscles. Finding stability in a challenging pose teaches us to find stability in life.

This is Chakrasana, or Wheel Pose. It is a deep backbend that opens up the entire front of the body and builds strength in the arms, shoulders, and legs.

Another shot of the Wheel Pose. This pose requires a lot of practice and is a great goal to work towards in our beginner's batch.

This is a variation of Sarvangasana, or Shoulder Stand. Inversions like this are great for increasing blood flow to the brain and calming the nervous system.

A black and white shot of the Shoulder Stand variation. It reminds me that even on cloudy days, we can find strength and lift ourselves up.

About Building Strength & Flexibility

Many of my students start here because they feel stiff or stuck. I don't believe in 'no pain, no gain.' Instead, we focus on consistent, functional movements that build core stability and joint health slowly, so you actually enjoy the process and build strength that lasts. Even though we are on Zoom, I keep my classes small enough to watch your alignment and make sure you are doing the poses safely.
