If you struggle with back stiffness, the Cat Pose, or Marjariasana, is a simple and amazing movement for relief. I focus on gentle poses like this in my therapeutic classes to help strengthen the lower and middle back, making it more mobile and flexible.
The Butterfly Pose, or Baddha Konasana, is one of my favorites, especially for expecting moms. It’s a wonderful stretch for the inner thighs and helps improve blood circulation. Consistent practice can be very helpful in preparing the body for childbirth.
I love this view of everyone practicing Adho Mukha Svanasana, or Downward Dog, together. There is a special energy when we all move and breathe as a community, even when we are miles apart. It builds a feeling of harmony and togetherness.
The Cobra Pose, or Bhujangasana, is a beautiful heart-opener and a great way to stretch the spine. Practicing outdoors with the sky above me is a reminder to stay connected to nature and find joy in every movement.

In our sessions, we incorporate gentle movements like Cat-Cow for spinal mobility or Butterfly Pose for hip opening to address these issues directly. If you are expecting, we adapt everything with safe, prenatal-friendly stretches that help with blood flow and labor preparation.
My classes are a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and even bits of HIIT and Tabata when we need a cardio boost. I believe fitness is a journey of consistency, not perfection. You might start off feeling stiff or struggle to touch your toes, but with steady practice, you will see the change. I am here to guide you, listen to any pain or discomfort you might have, and cheer for your progress. It is about growing beyond your physical limits and feeling more grounded, calm, and strong in your daily life.
