It isn't just about the poses. Hearing how my classes help you find strength, manage pain, and feel calm is the best part of my day. These stories are from students who made yoga a part of their healing journey.

Hearing from my students is the best part of my day. In this video, one of my dear students shares how our sessions helped her realize the importance of yoga and meditation, and how the personalized attention in class made a real difference for her.

This feedback means the world to me. This student was struggling with pain from varicose veins and nerve blockage in her arms. After joining my therapeutic yoga classes, she found relief without medication and felt her body become stronger and more flexible.

I love getting live feedback after a meditation session. You can see the happy and light faces of my students. One of them said it felt like she was walking in Delhi's Mughal Garden. This is why I love what I do.

"This class was the best one... I enjoyed each and every sec of it." This feedback from our special International Yoga Day class, which included dance yoga, makes me so happy.

"Every moment of the session was WOW." It is so rewarding to know that my students enjoyed the special Yoga Day session so much. God bless you too.

"Happy international yoga day..it was amazing session..i enjoyed it lot." I am so grateful for these kind words and the joy my students feel in class.

"Yoga dance was very fun loving and enjoyable." I love mixing things up and making yoga fun, so hearing this feedback really makes my day.

"Amazing mind blowing session." It makes me so happy to know that my students feel I am doing a great job. Their encouragement keeps me going.

"Most peaceful part was the 21 times Om." This reminds me how important the meditation and breathing parts of our practice are for finding calm.

"Vantika ji aapke saath yog krke bhut acha lga." It feels so good to read this. I am so happy that everyone in the group enjoyed the session. Bahut achha laga.

About What My Students Say

I don't believe in counting down the minutes until class is over. My favorite part of the session is the post-flow check-in where I ask, 'Kaisa feel ho raha hai?' (How are you feeling?). It is why I always take time during our Zoom sessions to understand if you have specific aches, like a bad back or nerve pain, so I can modify the flow for you right there on the screen.
