Regular Batch (3 Days/Week)
Schedule & Access
- Frequency: 3 live classes per week (approx. 12 sessions per month).
- Format: 60 minute interactive sessions via Zoom.
- Timing: Slot options at 7 AM, 11:30 AM, or Evening (5 PM / 7 PM) based on availability.
Workout Mix
- Fusion Style: Blend of Hatha Yoga (holds) and Vinyasa Flow (movement).
- Functional Training: Basic bodyweight moves (lunges, squats) and light strength work using water bottles.
- Wellness: 10 to 15 minutes of Pranayama and meditation included in every class.
Live Supervision
- Form Correction: Real time verbal adjustments from the instructor.
- Language: Instructions given in Hinglish.

- Frequency: 5 live classes per week (Monday to Friday, approx. 22 sessions per month).
- Format: 60 minute interactive sessions via Zoom.
- Flexibility: Priority access to switch between morning/evening batches with prior notice.
High Intensity Curriculum
- Cardio Focus: Dedicated HIIT and Tabata sessions for calorie burn and inch loss.
- Advanced Flow: Deeper dive into Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga for flexibility.
- Strength: Toning exercises using body weight and household props like chairs or bottles.
Personal Attention
- Spotlighting: Active monitoring to correct posture and prevent injury.
- Recovery: Extended breathwork and specific drills for back pain or stiffness.

My Approach: Mind-Body Sync
Yoga, for me, is therapy first and exercise second. I want you to feel strong inside out - not just in your muscles, but in your mind too. Real change? That takes time and a bit of 'zid' (stubbornness) to keep showing up. I love hearing “bahut achha laga mujhe” (felt really good) from folks after class. That’s the best part for me.
The Sessions: Fusion & Function
I mix traditional yoga with modern fitness moves. We do a little bit of everything so it stays fun and effective:
- Fusion yoga online classes with strength, HIIT, and Tabata - sometimes using dumbbells, sometimes just water bottles.
- Vinyasa flow for flexibility, Hatha and Yin for deep stretches.
- Therapy yoga if you’ve got back pain or varicose veins.
If you’re totally new, I run a virtual beginner yoga group, so you start slow and safe.
What Happens in an Hour
I keep it interactive and energetic. We’ll sweat, stretch, and finish with Pranayama and meditation so you leave feeling calm and light. I give lots of guidance and tweak things for injuries or stiffness.

My Story
Hey! I’m Vanika. Fitness for me is mind plus body, not just muscles. I’m a beach lover but mountains are winning me over lately. My online classes let me teach from anywhere - sometimes I’m in Kasauli, showing off the view! Mysuru changed me; yoga isn’t only asanas, it’s about growing beyond yourself. I used to be scared of inversions, but now - bring it on! Minor setback, major comeback. The best is still coming, just believe.

Yoga & Fitness Classes - I teach Fusion functional yoga classes, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Therapy Yoga, HIIT, Tabata, Cardio, Pranayam, Meditation, Yoga dance sessions, and Facial yoga routines. Special prenatal yoga online batches too.
My Teaching Style - I mix and match workouts. Progress matters more than perfection. Personal attention always, even in groups.
How to Join - Live Zoom classes. Beginner’s batch available. Join from anywhere, all levels welcome.
Holistic Wellness - I’m a Reiki energy healing yoga practitioner. Meditation, pranayam, and Om chanting are always part of my sessions.
