Our S'mores Tart is pure indulgence. It features a crisp chocolate shell, molten dark chocolate ganache, hazelnut praline, and a toasted marshmallow crown.

If you are wondering why our pastries hold up so well, it is the high-butter lamination and the cold fermentation process. We do not rush the bake, which is why our S’mores Tart shell stays perfectly crisp, and the layers in our Danishes pull apart exactly the way they should.
