About Sweet & Flaky Pastries
If you are wondering why our pastries hold up so well, it is the high-butter lamination and the cold fermentation process. We do not rush the bake, which is why our S’mores Tart shell stays perfectly crisp, and the layers in our Danishes pull apart exactly the way they should.
We do not believe in shortcuts. Our sweet menu is built on real butter, slow fermentation, and quality ingredients that taste like what they are.
Our Maritozzo is a pillowy brioche bun filled with rich ganache, marmalade, and mascarpone cream. It is the kind of comfort food that hits the spot when you need a pick-me-up.

If you prefer something lighter, our Strawberries and Cream Danish uses fresh seasonal fruit on a base of hand-rolled croissant dough.
