No-Bullsh*t Sandwiches
We don't do boring sandwiches. Ours are built on freshly baked sourdough, focaccia, or our signature garlic knots, and they're loaded with flavour. We offer everything from a spicy Thecha Chip Butty and a rich Pulled Pork Kimchi Focaccia to a classic Four Cheese melt.
Artisanal Sourdough & Breads
Our sourdough is the heart of our bakery. We use a natural fermentation process with wild yeast, which makes the bread easier to digest and gives it a superior flavour and texture. We offer classic, whole wheat, and seeded varieties, plus seasonal specials like a Dark Chocolate & Cherry loaf.
Sweet & Flaky Pastries
For your sweet tooth, we have a rotating selection of artisanal pastries. We use real butter and high-quality ingredients to create flaky, indulgent treats. Look for our signature Maritozzo, seasonal Danishes like Strawberries & Cream, decadent S'mores Tarts, and unique items like our Korean Salt Bread.
Savoury Bakes & Bites
We believe savoury pastries deserve just as much love as the sweet ones. Our selection includes flavourful options like the Chicken Harissa Danish, Thai Green Curry Danish, and a classic Hot Dog Roll wrapped in flaky croissant dough. These are perfect for a quick lunch or a satisfying snack.
NY-Style Sourdough Pizza
Our 10-inch NY-style pizzas are made with a naturally fermented sourdough base, giving them a chewy, flavour-packed crust that’s hard to beat. We offer a range of toppings, from a spicy Fiamma 2.0 to a unique Chermoula Chicken. We also have a variety of house-made dips to go with your crust.
Specialty Coffee & Cold Brews
We take our coffee as seriously as our baking. Whether you need a morning pick-me-up or an afternoon chill, we've got you covered. Our menu includes a range of iced coffees and cold brews, from a classic Iced Cappuccino to a unique Yuzu Cold Brew and a creamy Coconut Latte.
Festive & Seasonal Specials
We love celebrating the seasons with special, limited-edition bakes. Around Christmas, you'll find traditional treats like Italian Panettone, German Stollen, and Sweet Mince Pies, all made the classic way. We also get creative with items like our Spiced Cranberry Croissant Cubes and Christmas Cookie Tins.
