Watch how we build the Thecha Chip Butty. It's a wild cross between a Bombay sandwich and a British chip butty, all stuffed into our buttery garlic knots with spicy thecha potatoes and crispy salli.
Our Lamb Arrabbiata Knot is a full meal. We load our pizza dough knots with spicy lamb, whipped garlic yogurt, and a crunchy mint-sumac salad for a flavour explosion.

About No-Bullsh*t Sandwiches
We bake our sourdough, focaccia, and pizza-dough knots in-house every day, specifically designed to handle heavy, messy fillings without turning into mush. When you pick a sandwich like the Lamb Arrabbiata Knot or the Pulled Pork Kimchi Focaccia, you get bread with enough structural integrity to hold every bit of the filling so you can actually eat it without losing the goods.
We do not believe in boring sandwiches. If you look at our menu, you will see we treat our bread as the foundation, not an afterthought. We use wild yeast and slow fermentation for all our bases, which gives the bread its distinct flavour and texture.
The Lineup
We have created a range that covers every craving. For those who want something spicy and comforting, the Thecha Chip Butty is a classic in the making. It takes the familiar soul of a Bombay sandwich and crosses it with a British chip butty, packing it into our buttery garlic pizza knots. If you want heat, the Lamb Arrabbiata Knot comes with spicy lamb, whipped garlic yogurt, and crispy salli. We also do a Pulled Pork Kimchi Focaccia, which balances the tang of fermented kimchi with rich, shredded pork and peanut dressing.
