Our dough goes through a slow, wild fermentation process using only real ingredients, no additives or preservatives. That's why our 10-inch sourdough crusts have that distinct blistered texture and complex flavour profile you simply cannot get from standard, quick-rise commercial dough. When we say fermented, we mean time-tested and gut-friendly.
