We don’t do standard pizza dough. Our 10-inch NY-style pies are naturally fermented for a deep, tangy flavour and that perfect chewy, blistered crust you won't find anywhere else.

We were thrilled to serve our signature New York-style pizza to thousands of fans at the John Mayer concert in Mumbai.

Our Tandoori Mushroom Pizza is a fusion of flavours, with smoky tandoori mushrooms on a cheesy base, finished with a swirl of mint chutney.

The first step to our Four Cheese pizza is a generous layer of aged mozzarella, which provides a deep, savoury flavour base.

That's why our 10-inch sourdough crusts have that distinct blistered texture and complex flavour profile you simply cannot get from standard, quick-rise commercial dough. When we say fermented, we mean time-tested and gut-friendly.
