About Artisanal Croissants

These are not your standard grocery store pastries. I laminate every batch to get that signature crunch on the outside and soft, airy interior before stuffing them with fillings like rich pistachio cream, Nutella, or Lotus Biscoff to ensure every bite is packed with flavour.

I started making these because I believe dessert should be a full sensory experience. My process involves careful lamination to create those distinct, flaky layers you see in the photos. Since I run an eggless bakery in Mulund West, I have spent time perfecting a recipe that does not compromise on the richness or the buttery texture that defines a great croissant.

My menu changes based on what I am inspired to bake, but the favourites stay on the list.
