Tips for the Best Experience
If you are ordering in via delivery apps across Mumbai, your bake might lose some of its initial crispness in transit. It happens. Just preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius and blast them for 3 to 5 minutes. It wakes the butter up and makes the pastry sing again.
