About Festive & Seasonal Specials

Our Panettone is not a quick bake. It takes three full days to develop that signature towering dome and airy crumb. We use natural wild yeast fermentation, which means you get that authentic texture without any artificial additives or stabilizers. When you slice into it, you are getting the result of 72 hours of patience.

We take the holiday season as seriously as we take our everyday sourdough. While most places rush through festive baking, we stick to the slow, traditional methods that actually produce flavour. Whether you are looking for a gift or just want to treat yourself, our festive menu is designed to hit the spot.

What we are baking this season

  • Panettone: Baked the Italian way, our Panettone is studded with raisins and candied orange peel. It is buttery, cloud-like, and pairs perfectly with morning coffee.
  • German Stollen: A dense, rich bread filled with rum-soaked fruits, nuts, and a marzipan core, all dusted with icing sugar.
  • Galette des Rois: Available in January, this French classic features two layers of flaky puff pastry and a smooth almond cream filling. We hide a traditional fève inside for that celebratory surprise.
  • Holiday Cookie Tins: We pack five international holiday classics into a single box, making them ideal for gifting or just keeping on your counter for when a craving hits.
  • Spiced Specials: Look for limited runs like our Spiced Cranberry Croissant Cubes or festive soft serve, which only pop up during the season.

Everything is prepared in small batches at our Mumbai kitchens in Bandra, Mahalaxmi, and Nepean Sea Road. Because we avoid preservatives, these items have a specific shelf life—check the labels or ask us about the best way to store them so they stay fresh.
