What We’re About
I don’t do boring event food. My thing is ‘No-Bullsh*t Baking’ - so when I cater, you get real ingredients, slow-fermented sourdough, and flavours that actually make people happy. No shortcuts, no weird stuff. Just food that’s worth remembering.
How I Handle Events
- Big gigs like festivals and concerts? I set up my own food stall, bring live pizza baking for events, and serve everything fresh and hot. No sad snacks.
- Private parties, house gatherings, or office events? I do bulk orders of my bakes, sandwiches, and pizzas. Just give me a heads-up, and I’ll sort it.
The Food
- Sourdough catering menu is the star. New York-style pizzas with legit toppings - classic cheese, four cheese truffle, spicy Fiamma, pepperoni & chilli.
- Sandwiches aren’t basic. Garlic knots stuffed with lamb arrabbiata, spicy thecha chip butty, pulled pork kimchi focaccia.
- Party platters with savoury bakes like hot dog rolls, olive tapenade twists, mini muhammara danish.
- Sweet stuff for dessert - croissants, danishes, s’mores tarts, cookie tins.
- Specialty coffee catering available if you want the full bakery experience.
The Lowdown
For big public events, I run my own branded stall. For private gigs, it’s all pre-order so you get everything fresh. If you want food that actually gets talked about, I’m your guy.

My Story
We’re TwentySeven Bakehouse, and honestly, we don’t mess around with baking. Only real stuff, no shortcuts. Sourdough is chef Rachna’s obsession - slow, wild fermentation, big taste. We’re all about the neighbourhood vibe, fueling runners, slinging pizzas at gigs. Lately, teamed up with Starbucks, so our bakes are popping up next to their coffee. Whether you’re here or grabbing a coffee, we just want to share our food, no fuss.
My Work
Our Menu - Naturally fermented sourdough, croissants, tarts, danish, garlic knots, New York-style pizzas, loaded sandwiches, salads, bowls, coffee.
No-Bullsh*t Baking - We use simple ingredients and wild yeast. Sourdough is gut-friendly, packed with vitamins, and tastes epic.
Bold Flavours Only - Spicy lamb arrabbiata knot sandwich, four cheese truffle pizza - we don’t do subtle. Our stuff’s addictive.
Creative Comfort Bakes - Twists on classics - Korean salt bread, cherry trifle with croissant dough, Maritozzo. Comfort with a punch.
Late-Night Cravings Sorted - Mahalaxmi spot delivers pizzas and bakes till 3 AM Fridays and Saturdays. Late-night munchies, sorted.
