This is our Four Cheese Sandwich, and yes, that cheese pull is 100% real. We pack aged mozzarella, scamorza, parmesan, and cheddar between slices of our signature seeded sourdough for a melt that’s anything but basic.

Meet our best-selling Lamb Arrabbiata Knot. We take our famous garlic knots, slice them open, and stuff them with spicy lamb arrabbiata, whipped garlic yogurt, and a fresh onion-sumac salad. It's messy, addictive, and totally worth it.

Sourdough is life here. This video shows the beautiful open crumb structure of our naturally fermented loaf. It’s all about that crisp crust, chewy interior, and gut-friendly goodness that comes from a slow, patient baking process.

Our sourdough is a total labour of love. We use wild yeast and a slow, patient fermentation process, which does two things: creates that signature tangy, open-crumb texture, and makes the bread much easier on your gut compared to standard commercial bakes. It is bread with a bite, crafted to be simple, honest, and frankly, better than anything store-bought.
