What We’re About

I don’t do shortcuts or fake stuff. Everything here is about honest ingredients, slow baking, and real flavour. If you see “spicy” on the menu, it’s actually spicy. I want food to be fun, not boring.

Sourdough Is Life

My sourdough bread is all about that crisp crust and chewy inside. It’s naturally fermented, so it’s easier on your stomach and just tastes better. If your loaf gets tough, splash some water and reheat it, or freeze slices for later - works like a charm.

What’s On The Menu

  • Sourdough bread varieties: Classic, whole wheat, and sometimes a wild card like Korean Salt Bread.
  • Artisanal pastries selection: Strawberries & Cream Danishes, S’mores Tarts, Dark Chocolate Orange Maritozzo for the sweet tooth. For savoury, there’s Chicken Harissa Danish, Thai Green Curry Danish, and Broccoli Cheddar Casserole.
  • NY-style sourdough pizza: 10-inch pies with chewy, flavour-packed bases. Try the Fiamma 2.0 if you like heat, or Chermoula Chicken for something different.
  • Signature café sandwiches: Lamb Arrabbiata Knot (messy but worth it), Togarashi Chicken Melt, Pulled Pork Kimchi Focaccia.
  • Lighter stuff: Fresh salads like Green Goddess, and coffee options from Coconut Latte to Cold Brew.

My Story

We’re TwentySeven Bakehouse, and honestly, we don’t mess around with baking. Only real stuff, no shortcuts. Sourdough is chef Rachna’s obsession - slow, wild fermentation, big taste. We’re all about the neighbourhood vibe, fueling runners, slinging pizzas at gigs. Lately, teamed up with Starbucks, so our bakes are popping up next to their coffee. Whether you’re here or grabbing a coffee, we just want to share our food, no fuss.

Our Menu - Naturally fermented sourdough, croissants, tarts, danish, garlic knots, New York-style pizzas, loaded sandwiches, salads, bowls, coffee.

No-Bullsh*t Baking - We use simple ingredients and wild yeast. Sourdough is gut-friendly, packed with vitamins, and tastes epic.

Bold Flavours Only - Spicy lamb arrabbiata knot sandwich, four cheese truffle pizza - we don’t do subtle. Our stuff’s addictive.

Creative Comfort Bakes - Twists on classics - Korean salt bread, cherry trifle with croissant dough, Maritozzo. Comfort with a punch.

Late-Night Cravings Sorted - Mahalaxmi spot delivers pizzas and bakes till 3 AM Fridays and Saturdays. Late-night munchies, sorted.
