Just a heads up: many of these savory bites are designed to stay fresh until they hit your table. For our canapés, I often send the shells and fillings separately so everything stays crisp—you just need to assemble them right before serving. For the pot pies and savory tarts, a quick reheat in your oven makes all the difference for that perfect, flaky crust.
I’m a firm believer that food should feel like a hug. That’s why my bakery menu isn't about factory-perfect shapes; it’s about deep, comforting flavors.
Our savory collection is built for the Mumbai host who wants quality without the stress. We use butter-rich pastry for our tarts and pies, and our pull-apart buns are a favorite for a reason—they are soft, garlicky, and impossible to have just one. If you're planning a dinner, my 500g pot pies—like the Chicken and Leek or the Shepherd’s Lamb—are perfect for a main, but they need about 20 minutes in your oven to get that golden-brown finish.
For smaller gatherings or cocktail evenings, the canapés are the way to go. I’ve refined the process so you don't end up with soggy pastry. We send the components packed safely, so when you assemble the Vol-au-vents with our Truffle Edamame mousse or the Crostini with Avocado Cream, you get the crunch exactly when you need it. Everything is made in my kitchen in Khar West. If you're local, you can pick it up fresh, or I can arrange delivery across Mumbai. Since I make everything from scratch, the earlier you give me a heads up, the better.
