My savory bakes are not just snacks; they are substantial enough to be a full meal. Take the Butter Chicken Boat as an example. I pack a boat-shaped flatbread with a rich, makhani gravy and generous chicken chunks, then finish it with a bubbly, melted cheese crust. It is designed to be pulled apart, shared, or eaten entirely on your own when you need that warm, savory hug.
While Dale's Eden started with a love for couture cakes, I realized early on that not every day is a cake day. Sometimes, you just need salt, garlic, and melted cheese.
The Savory Philosophy
Every item here follows the same obsession for perfection that goes into my desserts. I don't believe in shortcuts. Whether it's a paneer roll or a savory bun, the dough is enriched with milk and butter to ensure it stays soft and fluffy, never dry or cardboard-like.

- Korean Cheese Buns: These are the ones everyone talks about. I take a soft, brioche-style bun, split it into wedges, and soak it in garlic butter. Then, I stuff it with a sweet-and-savory cream cheese filling. It is messy, garlicky, and completely addictive.
- Butter Chicken Boats: A fusion classic. We use a flatbread base that holds up to the creamy, spicy makhani gravy. It is topped with roasted chicken and mozzarella, making it a heavy-hitter for lunch or a late-afternoon craving.
- Spicy Paneer & Chicken Rolls: These are my daily staples. Think flaky, golden pastry or soft, stuffed dough filled with perfectly spiced paneer tikka or roasted chicken mince.
