We take flaky, butter-rich pastry and pack it with the boldest flavours from our favourite local memories. From Kasundi mustard chicken to rasam-infused fried chicken, these are our love letter to Bombay's savoury street food culture.

Our Hot Honey Fried Chicken Sandwich is a weekend special that always sells out. It's packed with crispy fried chicken, a spicy habanero hot sauce, and a cooling house-made blue cheese sauce on a soft brioche bun.

This Roast Chicken Puff is a winter menu favourite. We fill our flaky, all-butter puff pastry with sage and orange roast chicken and a fragrant green garlic butter for a truly comforting bite.

Our Ibérico Sausage Sourdough Pizza Sandwich, a star from our Spanish popup. We layer a freshly baked sourdough flatbread with premium Ibérico sausage, roasted tomatoes, capers, and fresh mozzarella.

The Green Garlic Pesto Puff is a celebration of winter produce. Our flaky puff pastry is filled with a vibrant green garlic pesto, sweet peas, and potatoes, making it a delicious vegetarian option.

Our Dirty Fries Puff Pie is the ultimate comfort food. We take a flaky puff pastry cup and fill it with crispy fries, cheese, and our special sauce, just like your favourite loaded fries.

Our Smoked Paneer Butter Garlic Puff is a vegetarian delight. We fill our flaky pastry with smoked paneer and a rich, aromatic butter garlic sauce, then top it with black sesame seeds.

The Irani Fried Chicken Sandwich, our tribute to the iconic Russian cutlets from old Irani cafés. We serve a crispy chicken cutlet on our house-made brioche bun with a tangy slaw.

Watch us build our 'Rasam' Fried Chicken Sandwich. Every element, from the rawa fried chicken to the rasam mayo and tomato tamarind chutney, is made in-house with care.

About Savoury Bakes: Not Just Sweet

Our savoury menu isn't about traditional recipes, it's about the Maska twist. Every puff, brioche, and pain suisse uses 100% butter lamination, which gives that signature shatter-crisp texture. Since we change our savoury lineup based on seasonal produce and weekend whims, the menu you see this week might be completely different by next Friday.

When we bake savoury, we do not just reach for cheese and herbs. We look for the stories behind Bombay’s food landscape. Whether it is the tangy kick of Bengali Kasundi mustard, the comforting spice of a classic Irani cafe-style cutlet, or the seasonal zing of green garlic, we turn these memories into pastries.

The secret is in the dough. We use 100% butter for our lamination process. No margarine, no vegetable fat. This gives our puffs that deep, golden shatter when you bite into them, and our pain suisse a buttery richness that balances the spicy, savoury fillings perfectly.

Because we use fresh, seasonal ingredients—like fresh green garlic in the winter or local produce for our stuffings—our savoury menu is constantly evolving. Many of our creations, like the Rasam Fried Chicken Sandwich or the Spanish-style Sourdough Pizza Sandwiches, are limited-edition weekend specials. We do not believe in keeping a static menu that gets boring. We rotate, experiment, and bring back the hits based on what is in season and what the community loves.
