Goa Triathlon Training Camp
Train where you race. This 5-day camp is a deep dive into swim, bike, and run efficiency, focused on actual race routes and transition tactics under the guidance of national-level experts.
Registrations are open for our Goa Tri Camp. We cover everything you need for race day: swim, bike, run sessions, transition practice, route recon, bike maintenance, nutrition planning, and one on one feedback. It's everything tri, plus a lot of fun.
My co-host for the Goa Tri-Training Camp, Ankush Sharma. As an NLP certified trainer and passionate cyclist, he brings a unique understanding of human psychology to the bike leg, helping you break through mental barriers on the road.
Meet your cycling coach for the camp, Naveen Raj. With over 18 years of racing experience, he is a technical genius. His attention to detail will transform your understanding of cycling efficiency and tactics.
I am beyond excited to have the legendary Olympian Nisha Millet leading the swim leg at our Goa camp. She brings decades of coaching and open water experience to help you build confidence and technique in the water.
About this collection
This is not a vacation. We spend five days in Goa riding and running the actual Ironman 70.3 course, practicing transition exits, and fixing your swim stroke with direct, unfiltered feedback. You are not here to relax; you are here to learn how to pace, fuel, and handle the specific challenges of this race route so you do not waste energy on race day.
Train with the A-Team
We cap this camp at 15 athletes for a reason. You need coaching, not a crowd. We bring in experts to make sure you get the technical edge you need:
- Swim: Olympian Nisha Millet breaks down your stroke mechanics and manages your fear of open water and surf entries.
- Bike: National cyclist Naveen Raj analyzes your bike fit, drafting tactics, and aero position to improve your efficiency.
- Mental & Run: Ankush Sharma helps you build the psychological grit for the run leg, while I focus on your brick sessions and heat management.
Why This Matters
Most athletes arrive at the start line having never ridden the elevation or practiced a surf entry. That is a mistake. We remove the guesswork by taking you through route reconnaissance, transition drills, and bike maintenance before you ever stand on the start line. You will leave with a clear race-day plan, not just sore muscles.
TimTim Sharma
I am TimTim. I do not care for empty motivational quotes; I care about data, consistency, and showing up. My team and I built this camp because most athletes show up to the start line blind, and I refuse to let that be your story.
