I focus on the pre-race phase as much as the run itself. Whether it is navigating bib collection at the expo or leading dynamic warmups to get 7,000 runners moving, my priority is ensuring you hit that start line feeling loose, confident, and ready to chase your personal best. I don't just give you a plan; I am on the ground with you, making sure your mobility and race-day nutrition are dialed in so the humidity and heat don't catch you off guard.

Running in India's metros and coastal belts requires more than just endurance; it requires specific adaptation to heat, humidity, and terrain. My coaching is designed to help you tackle the unique challenges of events like the Dream Runners Half Marathon or a 60k race in Goa.

My approach covers the full journey:

  • On-Ground Support: I am there with you during race week. From expo navigation to bib collection and pre-race drills, I handle the logistics so you can focus on your mental game.
  • Heat & Humidity Management: We build training schedules that account for the weather, focusing on hydration strategies and pacing that keeps you steady even when the temperature spikes.
  • Technical Preparation: Before the race, we focus on mobility, form, and injury prevention exercises. Whether it is uphill efficiency or barefoot stability drills, we refine your technique to keep you running strong.
  • Community Strength: You aren't training alone. You join our FitFam, where we share the grind, the recovery meals, and the post-race celebrations.

Whether you are aiming to complete your first 10k or chasing an ultra podium, my role is to remove the guesswork. We work on your recovery protocols and mental readiness so that when you cross that finish line, you are triumphant, not just exhausted. Picture abhi baaki hai.
