Triathlon Race Highlights & Coaching Results
I do not just coach athletes, I live the sport. Here are the races, training sessions, and real-world moments that define my training philosophy.
This is the moment it all comes together. Crossing the finish line at Ironman 70.3 Tallinn, holding the flag high. It’s more than a race; it’s a culmination of months of discipline, sweat, and showing up every single day. This feeling is what we train for.
My triathlon camps are where the magic happens. We bring together a team of legends, including an Olympian and national champions, to give you an immersive, transformative experience. You'll leave with new skills for racing and for life.
This is what being humbled by the elements looks like. Racing through freezing rain in Estonia, every pedal stroke was a battle. But we don't chicken out because of weather. This is where mental toughness is forged, and it's a core part of my coaching philosophy.
The moment you exit the water and your legs hit the sand is critical. This is T1, the first transition. All the pool work, the open water drills, it all pays off right here. My coaching focuses on making every part of your race, including transitions, strong and efficient.
Running form is unique to you, but there are fundamentals that make you more efficient and prevent injury. I break down the technique, from keeping your jaw relaxed to engaging your core, so you can run smarter, not just harder.
There is no escape from the grind. Strength training is non-negotiable for performance and for aging well. This is where you build the muscle quality that powers you through the swim, bike, and run. No fancy gym required, just the will to get the work done.
Another finish line, another personal best. This was my first international 70.3 in Bahrain, and it came with a podium finish in my age category. Every race is a chance to learn, improve, and get comfortable with being overwhelmed. The chase never stops.
About this collection
You are looking at the outcome of years spent balancing strength, recovery, and specific triathlon volume. Whether it is a podium finish at Bahrain or mastering transitions in Goa, these moments show that consistent, data-backed training delivers results. Use these images as a benchmark for what is possible when you stop guessing and start training with intention.
This gallery is not just about medals. It is proof that a structured approach—swimming, biking, and running with specific intent—actually works. I am an athlete first, and I bring that perspective into every coaching plan I write.
My experience racing in Estonia or technical work in Thailand are things I apply directly to your training. If you are struggling with your run form, we fix the technique. If you are hitting a plateau, we analyze your data to adjust the load. I do not believe in generic templates that leave you burnt out. We look at your heart rate, your pace, and your daily schedule to build a plan that fits your life, not the other way around.
When you see the attention to detail in my bike fits or the focus on transition drills at my camps, know that this is the same level of scrutiny I apply to your sessions. You do not need to be a pro to train like one, but you do need to be disciplined. If you are ready to stop winging it and start training for your next personal best, let us get to work.

I am TimTim. I have been on both sides—the athlete chasing a podium and the coach helping others find their stride. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all training, and I definitely do not believe in easy shortcuts.
