Goa Triathlon Training Camp

This is a 5-day deep dive into triathlon training, limited to just 15 athletes for personalized attention. We train on the actual Ironman Goa race route, covering everything from open water swim skills and bike efficiency to race day nutrition and mental strategy, all led by my A-team of expert coaches.

Meet the A-Team

You’re only as strong as the team around you, and my team is world-class. When you train with me, you get access to the expertise of an Olympian, a national cycling champion, and an NLP-certified mind coach. We work together to provide a holistic training environment that covers technique, strategy, and mindset.

Race Day: The Finish Line & Beyond

This is where the hard work pays off. I compete in various events, from local races to international Ironman competitions, not just to win but to test my limits and gather learnings. This gallery captures the raw emotion of race day, from the intense focus during the event to the pure joy and relief at the finish line.

The Swim: Conquering the Water

The triathlon starts with the swim, often the most intimidating leg for many athletes. My coaching, supported by Olympian Nisha Millet, focuses on building confidence and efficiency in both the pool and open water. We break down the stroke mechanics, practice sighting, and prepare you for any condition race day throws at you.

The Bike: Power and Endurance

The bike leg is the longest part of a triathlon, where endurance, power, and strategy are paramount. With coaching from national cyclist Naveen Raj, we focus on everything from achieving an optimal bike fit and aero position to mastering gear transitions and pacing. We train for all conditions, building the strength to handle flats, hills, and headwinds.

The Run: Finding Your Stride

The final leg of the triathlon is a test of pure will. Running on fatigued legs is a completely different sport, and we train specifically for it. My coaching covers everything from running form and pacing strategy to the mental grit required to push through the pain and finish strong.

The Fourth Discipline: Strength, Mobility & Recovery

A triathlon has three sports, but the fourth discipline is what holds it all together: strength, mobility, and recovery. I emphasize a holistic approach, incorporating strength training to build power, mobility work to improve range of motion, and smart recovery to prevent injuries and absorb training load. This is non-negotiable for longevity in the sport.

Coach's Corner: Tips & Techniques

Knowledge is power. In this section, I share practical, no-nonsense tips and break down technical concepts to help you train smarter. From understanding different triathlon distances and mastering transitions to improving your running form and fueling strategy, these are the insights I share with my athletes.

Gear, Tech & Nutrition

The right equipment and a smart fueling strategy can make or break your race. Fancy gear won't save you, but the right tools, used correctly, can enhance performance and prevent injury. Here I share my unpopular opinions and practical advice on everything from running shoes and swim fins to nutrition supplements and bike tech.

Client Victories & Team Spirit

My proudest moments as a coach are seeing my athletes crush their goals. Whether it's a first marathon, a personal best, or just finding a new level of fitness, their success is my success. This is a celebration of their hard work, dedication, and the incredible community we've built together.

Behind the Scenes & Fun Reels

It's not all serious training and racing. This is a look at the lighter side of the grind. From the controlled chaos of packing for a triathlon to some of my unpopular opinions and the simple joys of a good ride, this is the real, unfiltered me.
