This is the moment it's all for. Crossing the finish line at the IRONMAN 70.3 in Tallinn, Estonia, with the Indian flag held high. This feeling of pure accomplishment is what I train you to achieve. It’s about pushing your limits and earning that finish.
This is the start of your race day journey. Emerging from the open water swim at IRONMAN Goa, focused and ready for the transition. My camps prepare you for every second of this, building your confidence in the water so you can attack the rest of the course.
You'll train on the actual IRONMAN 70.3 Goa route, like this stretch right here. Knowing every climb, turn, and the feel of the road gives you a massive home-ground advantage. We don't just prepare you for a race, we prepare you for *this* race.
The run leg is where mental fortitude truly shows. This is me during the IRONMAN Goa 70.3, pushing through on fatigued legs. My coaching focuses on building the endurance and pacing strategy you need to finish the final leg strong.
We go far, together. This is what my coaching philosophy is all about. It’s about support, camaraderie, and pushing each other to be better. Here, my co-coach Ankush Sharma helps an athlete out of the water. We are a team.

About Endurance Training Camps

What You Can Expect

If you’re looking for a no-nonsense, hands-on triathlon training camp, this is exactly that. I’ve built these camps around real movement and real results - not just talk. Yahan par sirf kaam hota hai, show-shaa nahi (Here, it’s all about work, no show). Whether you’re prepping for IRONMAN 70.3 or any big race, I make sure you get the confidence and skills to actually enjoy racing.

Who’s Coaching You

I’m TimTim Sharma, your main coach. My approach is pretty straight up - I cover big-picture stuff like strategy, running form, strength, and nutrition. You’ll also get to train with Nisha Millet (Olympian swimmer), Naveen Raj (national cyclist), and Ankush Sharma (NLP for cycling minds). This is a proper triathlon coaching team, not just random instructors.

What Happens at Camp

  • Small group (max 15 athletes) so you’re not lost in the crowd.
  • Daily swim, bike, and run sessions plus open water swim training with an Olympian.
  • We train on the actual IRONMAN 70.3 Goa route, so you know every bend and climb.
  • Race simulation experience including transitions and pacing strategy.
  • Honest, direct feedback and technical workshops - you’ll learn to fix your own bike, sort out flats, and avoid rookie mistakes.
  • Mind and body routines so you don’t just survive - you thrive.

Why Goa?

Goa’s not just for vacation. It’s the real venue for IRONMAN 70.3, so you train where you’ll race. You get used to the heat, humidity, and weird little quirks of the course. Trust me, that home-ground advantage is massive.

Who Should Join

If you’re willing to put in serious effort, you’ll fit right in. Beginners and experienced folks both find their groove here - the only thing you need is commitment to push yourself.

My Story

Hey, I’m TimTim. Been all over – athlete, then not-so-healthy, then back at it, now coach. Three sports, always juggling. That Tallinn 70.3 in Europe? Thought I was tough, but rain and cold had other plans. Didn’t quit though. Endurance sport – it shapes you. Did Anchetty 200K with Ankush, drama everywhere, but the real win was breaking his mental block. Growth’s always outside comfort zone, trust me.

My Work

What I Coach - I coach triathlon (swim, bike, run), strength & conditioning, yoga for athletes, and nutrition. Also run training camps.

How I Work - Generic plans? Nah. I dig into your goals, your quirks, and build something that fits you. Psychology matters.

Who Should Join - If you’re open to unlearning and ready to tackle mental barriers, we’ll work well together. Winning starts in your head.

Fueling, Not Dieting - Your fueling plan should fit your lifestyle and sport. No empty stomach workouts. Retrain your body, be practical.

Gear Up Right - Good equipment is key. It’ll make the sport better, cut injury risk, and keep you training longer.
