Yoga is more than just stretching into a pretzel; it's a philosophy for real life. These lessons are about finding clarity, breath, and peace when the world feels loud.

What is awareness? In yogic philosophy, we call it Sakshi Bhava, the state of the witness. It's the ability to observe your thoughts and emotions without getting involved, and it's the key to true freedom.

Does yoga cure diseases? The ancient text 'Asana Pranayama Mudra Bandha' says it can, and modern science is catching up. Yoga works on your prana (life force energy) to balance your nervous and endocrine systems, helping the body heal itself.

Proof that journaling works. In 2023, I wrote down my vision for my life as a full-time yoga teacher. Yoga clears the mental fog so you can see your path, and journaling helps your brain make it a reality.

Why do we say "Om Shanti Shanti Shanti"? It's a powerful mantra for peace on three levels: within ourselves (adhyatmik), in the world around us (adhibhautik), and from the cosmic forces beyond our control (adhidaivik).

Do you want a quick escape or a true path to freedom? Drugs offer a borrowed high that leaves you disconnected. Meditation teaches you to create bliss from within, leading to lasting stillness and awareness.

When you fast for the gods, you are primarily fasting for your body. It's a self-cleansing process that purifies the body of toxins, making you feel lighter and calmer. But listen to your body; purify it, don't destruct it.

The one thing killing your yoga progress isn't your strength or flexibility. It's the food on your plate. Overeating makes the body heavy and the mind dull, blocking your energy flow.

Your body's energy, or prana, is like a wild animal. Through consistent yogic practices like asana and pranayama, you can regulate and channel this energy to achieve your goals.

Are meditation and manifestation the same? Meditation with a calm mind brings focus, which helps turn your thoughts into reality. I experienced this at Kasar Devi, where a thought I had during meditation came true right after.

What is meditation NOT? It's not just contemplation, it's not hypnosis, and it's not a religion.

About Yogic Wisdom: Beyond the Mat

Most people think yoga is a gym workout, but true change starts when you stop rushing. In my sessions, we don't just hold poses; we fix the mental and physical clutter that keeps you stuck. Whether you are dealing with chronic stress, PCOD, or just feel 'jammed' from sitting at a desk all day, we use specific breathwork and philosophy to get to the root of the problem, not just treat the symptoms.

I learned the hard way—corporate burnout and a fractured ankle taught me that if you don't listen to your body, it will eventually make you listen. That is why this section is not about perfecting an Instagram pose. It is about understanding the 'why' behind the practice.

Why Practice Philosophy?

We discuss concepts like Sakshi Bhava (the witness state), which helps you observe your anger or anxiety without acting on it. It sounds simple, but it is the hardest work you will ever do. We break down:

  • Breathwork (Pranayama): Techniques like Bhastrika and Kapalbhati aren't just exercises; they are how you regulate your nervous system when life throws a curveball.
  • The Mind-Body Link: We explore why overeating kills your energy and how simple changes in your eating habits can clear the mental fog.
  • Real-Life Application: How to use meditation to manifest clarity and why chanting Om is actually about finding three levels of peace: within, around, and beyond.

Who Is This For?

If you are a student or a corporate professional based in Delhi NCR and you feel like you are running on a hamster wheel, this is for you. You do not need to be flexible. You just need to be willing to show up. Whether you join my online group sessions or we work together in your home, the goal is the same: to move from a state of chaos to a state of Sadhana (consistent, dedicated practice).

I used to chase paychecks until I was burnt out and broken. Now, I teach yoga the way it was meant to be—real, raw, and focused on helping you handle life's chaos, not just perfecting a pose.
