This is Netra Tarpan, an Ayurvedic eye treatment I guide my students through. I'm checking in to make sure everyone is comfortable as the warm, medicated ghee works to soothe tired eyes and improve vision. It's a very calming and rejuvenating process.

Navel oiling, or Nabhi Chikitsa, is a simple yet profound Ayurvedic practice I recommend. Applying oil to the navel can aid digestion, improve skin health, and calm the mind. It's a small daily ritual with big benefits for your well-being.
