This is Netra Tarpan, an Ayurvedic eye treatment I guide my students through. I'm checking in to make sure everyone is comfortable as the warm, medicated ghee works to soothe tired eyes and improve vision. It's a very calming and rejuvenating process.

What You Will Actually Do
- Jal Neti: A simple nasal rinse using a Neti pot and saline water. It sounds intense, but it is a game changer for allergies and sinus congestion.
- Netra Tarpan: If you spend your day staring at a screen, your eyes are tired. We use warm, medicated ghee in a dough ring to bathe the eyes and relieve strain.
- Neem-Karela Foot Detox: A 30-minute therapy where you stand in a bucket of crushed neem and karela. It sounds quirky, but it’s a traditional way to pull toxins from the feet.
- Breathwork: We finish with Kapalbhati and Bhramari pranayama to clear the respiratory channels and calm the nerves.
