Rooftop Yoga Studio in Malleshwaram
Experience yoga in a semi-open rooftop studio designed to help you disconnect from the city hustle. We keep classes small, focus on breath, and move at a pace that works for real bodies.

My mission is to bring people to start or pursue their health and wellness journey with yoga. This is the core philosophy behind my studio.
Mudra is a holistic wellness yoga studio, a space that brings people to uplift their lives with movement, yoga, and meditation.
My vision is to create a unique community through the holistic wellness of movement and yoga. This is what drives me as a teacher and studio owner.

About this collection
Practicing in a non-AC, semi-open rooftop studio means we stay connected to the environment rather than just staring at four walls. You will feel the natural breeze and hear the faint city sounds of Malleshwaram, which helps keep the practice grounded and realistic instead of isolated. Because the space is airy and natural, we use it as a sanctuary to transition from the busy day into a calmer state of mind.
A Sanctuary Above the City
My studio is a rooftop space, intentionally kept simple and open. It is not a sterile gym environment. We have natural ventilation, floor-to-ceiling light, and enough greenery to remind you that you are taking a break from the screen. This is where I run my Hatha Vinyasa sessions, blending steady holds with flowing movement.
What Happens on the Mat
Every session is 60 to 75 minutes. We always start with pranayama (breathwork) to settle the mind before we move into Surya Namaskar and dynamic flows. I do not care if you can touch your toes on day one. We focus on:
- Breath-led movement: Syncing your inhales and exhales with each posture.
- Small batch attention: With only 8 to 12 students per session, I can provide tactile corrections and ensure you are moving safely.
- Proper cool-down: We never rush the end of class. Shavasana is a non-negotiable part of the practice to let the work sink in.
Who This Is For
This space is for you if you are looking for yoga in Bangalore that doesn't feel like a high-pressure competition. It works for absolute beginners, desk workers needing to undo stiffness, or anyone returning to the mat after a long break. If you prefer the comfort of home, I also run these sessions live on Google Meet, but for those who can make it to Malleshwaram, the rooftop energy is a different experience entirely.
Gowri
I started Mudra during the pandemic, and it grew out of my own need for a sanctuary. My space in Malleshwaram is exactly that, a place where we prioritize how you feel over how a pose looks. Join me for small, hands-on sessions where we keep things real.
