About Our Community, Our Shala

When you walk into our Powai shala, you will not just see perfect poses. You will see real people, some laughing through what we call 'screaming thighs' during a challenging hold, and others finding quiet during pranayama. We keep our groups intimate enough that I can see your alignment and give you real adjustments, rather than just shouting cues from the front of the room.
