Most commercial snacks rely on palm oil and refined flour to stay shelf-stable. My process is different: everything is slow-roasted in small batches using wholesome ingredients like millets, nuts, and lentils. Whether it is the beetroot chips or the methi mathri, you get real texture and flavour that nourishes you instead of just filling you up.
I know the struggle of finding clean, allergy-friendly snacks that actually taste good. That is why I focus on millet-based gathiya and nachni (ragi) chips that are naturally gluten-free and kind to your body.
Why I Choose Roasting
Deep frying is the norm, but it strips away nutritional value and adds unhealthy fats. My snacks are dry-roasted or baked at controlled temperatures. This preserves the nutrients in ingredients like palak (spinach) or beetroot while delivering that satisfying crunch we all crave.
