About Vegan Festival Feasts
I believe festival food should be an emotion, not an ethical compromise. When I create a plant-based 56 Bhog for Janmashtami or a full Onam Sadya, the goal isn't just to make it vegan, it's to capture that 'maakehaathkakhana' nostalgia. I replace dairy with my homemade, bilona-style vegan ghee and organic alternatives so you get the exact texture and depth of flavour you remember, without any animal suffering.
What sets my festival feasts apart is that I refuse to use shortcuts. Whether it is the shrikhand for Janmashtami, the jalebis, or the complex curries for a Sadya, everything is made from scratch using organic ingredients, cold-pressed oils, and natural sweeteners. I avoid refined flour and white sugar entirely, so you can host a feast that is as nourishing as it is traditional.
Planning a festival event can be stressful, especially with diverse dietary needs. I specialize in accommodating these requirements without asking you to serve a separate 'diet' menu. Whether your guests need Jain-friendly meals, gluten-free options, or oil-free preparations, I adapt the recipes so everyone eats the same wonderful food.
My service includes everything from the main course and traditional sweets to the sides and eco-friendly serving ware. I cater across Delhi NCR, bringing a little piece of my Gurgaon kitchen to your celebration. If you are planning a milestone festival, a family gathering, or a corporate pooja, let's talk about how we can make it compassionate and flavourful.
