Forget the store-bought cartons filled with preservatives. My plant-based drinks, like the Sesame Almond Latte, are soaked and blended fresh to maximize nutrient absorption, giving you nearly double the calcium of standard dairy milk.
Why Homemade Plant Milk Matters
When you buy commercial plant-based milks, you are often paying for gums, emulsifiers, and long shelf lives. In my kitchen, I take the opposite approach. I soak, rinse, and blend ingredients like almonds and sesame seeds in small batches. This method keeps the enzymes active and the flavor profiles vibrant.
