Changing mindsets, one plate at a time - that's my thing. I cook vegan food that’s all about taste, comfort, and nostalgia, but without any animal suffering. Everything comes from scratch, using mostly organic stuff. I don’t use refined flour, salt, or sugar, and even my veganghee is homemade, bilona style. If you want cholesterol-free, nourishing food, this is it.

Festival Feasts, Reimagined

Food isn’t just fuel - it’s emotion. I recreate classic festival spreads as plant-based Indian festival menus. You get all the feels of Janmashtami 56 Bhog (yes, vegan Shrikhand and Jalebi included), Onam Sadhya with 21 items, and special menus for Navratri, Ganesh Chaturthi, Holi, Eid - all dairy-free, gluten-free party food options available. No one misses out.

Mix of Indian & Global Flavours

The menu’s a blend of homey Indian thalis, street food (try the gluten-free Golgappe, trust me), and global bites. Think millet-base pizzas with my vegan cheese, wholesome meal bowls, beetroot sliders, vegan Khachapuri. If you want something offbeat, I’m game.

You’ve got dietary needs? I get it. I’m used to making oil-free catering options, gluten-free breads and samosas, Jain-friendly meals (no onion/garlic), and desserts with natural sweeteners. Just say what you need.

My Story

We’re The Vedic Kitchen. Life took us from banking and HR to cooking with heart. Nostalgia is big for us – think mulberries on Delhi streets, and maakehaathkakhana (food cooked by mother's hands). Our Gurgaon kitchen is like mini-Gujarat, full of ratalu puri and old-school flavours, but all vegan. We’re here to be your vegan enabler, making food that’s kind and tasty. When we made vegan 56 Bhog for Janmashtami, felt proud – flavour, no harm.
