Spices are the soul of my cooking. I use a blend of traditional, aromatic spices in all my recipes to create authentic flavours. Every meal truly needs a little spice to bring it to life.
Kasuri Methi, or dried fenugreek leaves, is a key ingredient in my Methi Masala Mathi. It not only adds a unique flavour but is also known for its many health benefits, from helping with digestion to balancing cholesterol.

A little 'Pickly Thought' about Namakpara. Also known as nimki, it's a crunchy savoury snack made from sooji and seasoned with ajwain and cumin seeds. It's a simple, timeless treat enjoyed all over India.
Did you know that Mathri is a traditional flaky biscuit from Rajasthan? It's a classic North Indian snack that I make using different flours like sooji and besan to create a variety of textures and flavours.
My Sooji Mathri is a simple tea time snack made with rava, or sooji. This makes it super crispy with a slightly tangy taste, perfect to enjoy with a cup of chai on any day.

For snacks like our bajra or multigrain mathris, we swap refined oils for pure desi ghee and ensure every batch is kneaded fresh, without a single preservative, so you get the crunch you love without the hidden chemicals.
When we started Mommade, we knew we weren't going to cut corners. Many store-bought snacks rely on palm oil and chemical preservatives to stay on shelves for months, but that's not how we eat at home. We use organic semolina, bajra, and wheat flour blends, bringing back grains that our elders used for their nutritional density.
