My kitchen is an experiment in showing that compassion and flavour can coexist. When I craft these global menus, the goal is to make sure no one feels like they are compromising on taste or the 'junk food' experience everyone loves.
Why Global, Vegan Style?
Most commercial vegan options rely heavily on refined flour, processed oils, and unhealthy additives. I flip that script. My pizzas use millet-based crusts, and my cheeses are made in-house from cashews or other plant sources—not store-bought chemicals. Even the burgers use beetroot and millet buns, making them feel light instead of heavy.
