About
Why I Do What I Do
I call myself a vegan enabler, because I genuinely believe that plant-based eating is about joy, not missing out. For me, food is an emotion – you know that maakehaathka khana (food made by mum) kind of comfort? I want you to get that same feeling, but with compassion for animals and yourself.
What Happens In My Workshops
If you’re looking for a space to learn, mess up, laugh, and try again, you’ll fit right in. I’m not just showing off recipes – you’ll get hands-on practice, ask questions, and pick up tips to make healthy food at home. I show you how to cook food that’s tasty, nourishing, and honestly, kind to your body and soul.
- Learn to cook everything from scratch so you know exactly what’s in your food
- Master millet-based recipes and gluten-free options
- Dive into vegan dairy alternatives like my veganghee, plant-based mylks, and cashew cheese
- Create oil-free dressings for salads and hearty soups
What’s Inside (And What’s Not)
All my recipes are vegan and made fresh. You’ll never find maida (refined flour), refined sugar, or any cholesterol in my kitchen. I keep it real, so you get full-on flavour without any junk.
