Join my practice at SharanYoga. It is not about the shapes you make, but the energy you create. Whether in Panchsheel Park or Gurgaon, we come together to breathe, move, and find stillness.

Our practice often begins in stillness, centering ourselves with gentle breathwork before we start to move. This quiet focus prepares the mind and body for the intentional movement that follows.

This is a glimpse into the practice of surrender at my SharanYoga Shala in Panchsheel Park. We create a space where you can explore the full spectrum of yoga, from movement to stillness.

The primary goal of asana is not just strength or stretch, but to charge the body with energy. I teach how to use each breath effectively to gain vitality in every pose, preparing the body for meditation.

After a strong practice, the body finds deep rest. Here, students are in shavasana, allowing the nervous system to settle and absorb the benefits of their efforts.

A class in progress, showing the flow of movement and the collective energy of the room. Even when tired minds walk in, the practice transforms and refreshes, leaving everyone feeling present and at ease.

A student once shared that in class, she heard her own voice instead of the world's opinions. This is the essence of our practice: remembering who you are beneath the layers.

A full class working on Supta Padangusthasana, a reclining hand-to-big-toe pose. This demonstrates how we work on flexibility and alignment together, creating a supportive group environment.

I walk through the class during shavasana, holding space for each student to find complete rest. This final posture is crucial for integrating the physical and energetic work of the practice.

Students engaged in a seated warm-up, opening the chest and shoulders. Each class builds progressively, preparing the body for more complex movements.

A moment of release and breath. This student is taking a moment between poses, a reminder that the pauses in yoga are just as important as the postures themselves.

About The SharanYoga Experience

I do not run a generic gym class, so do not expect a standard workout where you sweat and leave. Every session is a 75-minute journey that starts with kriyas to cleanse the system, moves through intentional asana sequences, and ends with a non-negotiable shavasana. I personally supervise every batch, ensuring you use your bandhas and breath effectively, rather than just forcing your body into poses it is not ready for.
