I don't believe in forcing the body to achieve a shape. In these sessions, we focus on moving with intention, releasing physical tension, and letting the breath guide you into deeper space.

A student deep in Marichyasana D, a challenging seated twist and bind that opens the shoulders and hips while detoxifying the internal organs.

An overhead view of a student in Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose) with a forward fold. This posture deeply opens the hips and inner thighs.

Students working on their seated forward folds, some using printed sequences for reference in a self-paced class. This posture calms the mind and stretches the entire back of the body.

Ambition without action becomes anxiety. This student's consistent and disciplined practice is visible in his deep expression of Kurmasana (Tortoise Pose).

A smile and a bind in Supta Kurmasana (Reclining Tortoise Pose). Smiling reduces stress and soothes the nervous system, helping to break the sense of struggle in challenging poses.

A student works on Yoganidrasana (Yogic Sleep Pose), an advanced hip-opening posture that requires the practitioner to place both legs behind their head.

A student in Krounchasana (Heron Pose), a deep seated hamstring stretch that also requires core engagement to keep the spine long.

A student deep in Ardha Baddha Padma Paschimottanasana, a half-bound lotus forward fold that opens the hips and stretches the hamstrings.

A class works on various hip-opening and forward-folding postures, each student moving at their own pace and depth.

There are phases when I don't have a teacher's guidance. In those moments, my students become my teachers, and their breakthroughs inspire my own practice, like in this deep hip-opening pose.

About Deep Release & Flexibility

Deep flexibility isn't about how far you can stretch, but how much you can surrender. In these sessions, we use long-hold postures to work into the connective tissues and hips where we tend to store stress. It is not a race to a perfect split, but a practice of creating space and calm in a body that feels tight and overworked from your daily routine.
