The SharanYoga Experience

Each 75-minute class is a complete journey. We begin with cleansing kriyas, move through dynamic asana sequences, and always conclude with pranayama and deep relaxation in shavasana. This is a space to come home to your body.

Hands-On Guidance & Adjustments

I believe in providing personal attention, even in a group setting. I offer safe, hands-on adjustments to help you understand alignment, prevent injury, and find what feels right for your body. This is how we build trust and confidence together.

Vīrya: Building Strength & Stability

My Vīrya classes focus on dynamic, strength-based sequences inspired by Hatha and Ashtanga traditions. We build core stability and mental steadiness through challenging postures like arm balances and inversions, leaving you energized yet centered.

Deep Release & Flexibility

In these sessions, we slow down to release deep-seated tension. Through long holds in forward folds, hip openers, and yin-style postures, we create space in the body and calm the nervous system, allowing for profound physical and emotional release.

My Personal Practice & Philosophy

This is a window into my own Sādhanā and the philosophy that guides my teaching. My practice is my prayer, my tool for survival, and my path to self-discovery. It is the source from which I share, and it is a reminder that yoga is a spiritual journey, not just an athletic pursuit.

Our Community & Special Events

The energy of our shala comes from everyone who shows up. We are a real in-person community, practicing together in South Delhi and Gurgaon. We also come together for special workshops, events, and retreats in beautiful locations.
