About Class Offerings
Our classes are not about achieving the perfect pose or keeping up with others. Whether you join us for a high-energy Ashtanga flow or a quiet Sound Healing session, the goal is simply to arrive as you are. Beginners are always welcome, and our instructors are here to guide you through the breath and alignment, not just the physical postures.
We keep our class schedule varied to meet you exactly where you are, whether you need to sweat out the stress or slow down completely.
What we offer:
- Ashtanga & Vinyasa: Our foundation. We share these traditional flows with respect for our lineage, focusing on the breath to guide every movement.
- Hatha & Yin: Perfect for when you need to stretch and release held tension. These classes move at a slower pace, allowing you to settle into the postures and find stillness.
- Sound Healing & Breathwork: These are our favorite tools for deep relaxation. We use singing bowls and conscious breathing techniques to help you switch off mental chatter and calm your nervous system.
**Frequently Asked Questions:
Do I need experience?** Not at all. We believe the only requirement is a willingness to learn. Many of our students walked in without ever touching their toes, and they found their own rhythm quickly.
What should I bring? Just yourself and comfortable clothes. We provide all the mats, props, and blocks you need here at our Greater Kailash studio.
What if I feel awkward? It is completely normal to feel unsure at first. Our community is built on the idea that it is safe to be messy. You will find that everyone here is focused on their own practice, so you can truly focus on yours.
