About Breathwork for Stress Release
We don't just guide you through breathing; we hold space for you to actually let go. During these sessions, our facilitators use gentle, grounding touch and sound to help you navigate deeper layers of tension. This is a somatic process, meaning you might find yourself releasing stored emotions or simply needing rest—and both are completely welcome here.
Breathwork is often misunderstood as just 'deep breathing,' but in our studio, it is a deliberate, conscious tool for nervous system regulation. When you are stuck in a cycle of stress, your body often stays in a fight-or-flight state. Our workshops, whether focused on Bhramari Pranayama (Bee Breath) or conscious connected breath, act as a bridge to switch off that reactive mode.
What happens in a session
We keep our groups intimate to ensure safety and individual support. After the active breathing phase—where you might feel energised or emotional—we transition into an extended Savasana. This is where the integration happens. You lie down, we use bolsters and blankets for physical support, and allow your body to absorb the shifts you just made.
Why choose our breathwork workshops?
- Regulation over relaxation: We don't promise you'll feel happy immediately. Sometimes, feeling your feelings is the work. We provide a safe container for that.
- Practical tools: You leave with techniques like Bee Breath that you can use at your desk or home when life feels overwhelming.
- Safe environment: Our South Delhi studio is set up with individual mats, props, and a judgment-free atmosphere so you can drop your mask and just breathe.
Whether you are dealing with chronic anxiety or just need to switch off the mental noise, this practice offers a direct way to reset.
The Shala
We believe that breathwork isn't just about relaxation—it's about getting honest with what you're holding onto. Our space is kept intentionally intimate because we know that true release happens when you feel safe enough to be exactly as you are, without the need to perform or be perfect.
