About Urban Workshops & Courses

My Ashtanga foundation courses and weekend intensives are not about perfecting a pose. We focus on the anatomy, the breath, and the Mysore-style discipline that actually helps you show up for yourself, even on the days you really don't want to. You will get hands-on adjustments and enough Q&A time to address those specific aches or practice blocks you have been carrying around.
