About Group Yoga Sessions

You don't need to be flexible or have perfect form to join us on day one. In our group sessions, we keep our batches small enough that you get actual guidance, not just a video-like experience. Whether we're doing a side lunge or a backbend, you’ll find us walking around to help with your alignment, ensuring you’re actually getting the benefit of the pose rather than just mimicking the person on the mat next to you.
