A glimpse into the heart of our Yogshala. This is where breath meets community, and every session is an invitation to come as you are.

This is the magic of our Full Moon sound healing sessions. In the soft glow of the studio, surrounded by the gentle vibrations of singing bowls, we allow ourselves to rest, release, and receive. It is in this deep stillness that true healing begins.

Namaste, I'm Rati. I created this Yogshala as a sanctuary, a place to disconnect from the world and reconnect with yourself. Here, it's not about how you look, but how you feel. This video shares my heart and the intention behind our community.

Our space is for everyone. Here, a family sits together during our Ganesh Chaturthi pooja, sharing a moment of devotion. We believe in celebrating our traditions together, creating memories and passing on our values to the next generation.

Joy is a form of devotion. This clip from our Navratri Garba classes shows the vibrant, energetic side of our community. We come together to dance, laugh, and celebrate life with open hearts.

We gather in intimate circles to seek guidance and clarity. This was a beautiful Full Moon Tarot session, where we used meditation and intuitive card pulls to connect with our inner wisdom and release what no longer serves us.

Every Tuesday, the air in our Yogshala fills with the powerful energy of collective Hanuman Chalisa chanting. This video captures the bhakti, the shared devotion that grounds us and fills our hearts with courage and peace.

This is what community looks like. A simple, happy moment with some of the beautiful souls who make our Yogshala feel like home. The connections we build here go far beyond the mat.

Your mat is a sacred space for self-discovery. Here in the morning light of the studio, I connect with my own practice. Yoga has the power to transform you from the inside out, and I am here to guide you on that journey.

About Featured

When you walk into our Yogshala, the first thing you notice is what is missing: the mirrors. We intentionally designed this space to remove the focus from your appearance, allowing you to turn your attention inward. Whether you are joining us for a Tuesday Hanuman Chalisa chanting session or a weekend sound bath, our goal is to help you feel your practice rather than judge it.
