About Additional Work & Studio Moments
You might notice our studio looks different from a standard gym because we focus entirely on support and proper alignment. In these photos, you will see our dedicated wooden flooring, specialized Iyengar-style wall ropes, and props like cotton straps and foam blocks. This setup allows us to practice deeply and safely, ensuring that every student, regardless of their current flexibility or health condition, feels supported throughout the session.
At Sivapta, yoga is a journey, not just a workout. This collection of moments captures the reality of our practice, where we blend physical movement with the spiritual aspects of living.
More Than Just Asanas
When you visit our Noida studio, you will find that we place equal emphasis on the mind, body, and breath. You will see us practicing hatha and vinyasa flows, but you will also find us dedicated to the subtler sciences of yoga. From the collective vibration of mantra chanting and Naad Yoga (the yoga of sound) to the introspective focus of Tratak meditation, we provide a space for complete mental detoxification.
Our Community & Environment
We believe that the energy of the space matters as much as the instruction. Whether it is a calm morning sadhana, a festive Mahashivratri kirtan, or a workshop on the five Prana Vayus, our studio is designed to be a sanctuary. We keep our batch sizes small to ensure that you receive direct, hands-on guidance from our instructors.
Root-Cause Healing
Many of the moments captured here reflect our approach to 'Jadd se ilaaj' (healing from the root). This involves more than just teaching poses. We integrate Ayurveda, naturopathy, and customized diet plans based on the season (Ritucharya) into our wellness approach. If you are struggling with chronic issues like back pain or looking to deepen your practice through teacher training, this is where we work together to restore your natural balance.
