Our studio is where the community comes to breathe, align, and find stillness together. These sessions are about more than just poses; they are about consistency, connection, and the collective energy of a shared practice.

A glimpse into the flow of my Hatha Yoga class. This video shows the focused energy of our group as we move through different asanas, including seated meditation, forward folds, and inversions.

The sound of "Om" is the sound of the universe. Here, our class chants together, creating a collective vibration that unifies our energy and sets a peaceful tone for the practice.

Savasana, or Corpse Pose, is the final, most important posture. In this clip, students are in a state of deep rest, allowing the body to integrate the benefits of the practice and the mind to find complete stillness.

This image shows an advanced bound yoga pose, Garbha Pindasana, which requires deep hip opening and core control. It is a reminder that yoga is a tool for real, lasting change, built over 17 years of my teaching experience.

Here I am in a deep seated twist, a pose that detoxifies the spine and calms the mind. The low light and focused energy in this photo capture a moment of quiet stillness and inner peace.

This gentle side-lying twist is a restorative pose that releases tension in the back and shoulders. It embodies the principle of "Viśrāntiḥ balasya mūlam," meaning rest is the root of strength.

This standing balance and quad stretch demonstrates the principle of "Yogaś citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ," the stilling of the mind's fluctuations. Yoga is a return to our roots, our breath, and our body.

This is a supported shoulder stand using a yoga wheel, demonstrating Dharna, the art of focused concentration. Holding your attention steady is the real practice, turning movement into mental hygiene.

A deep seated forward bend, Paschimottanasana, is an act of surrender. This pose is a physical expression of gratitude, or "Shukrana," honoring every moment as a sacred part of our journey.

This video captures a beautiful yoga flow in a serene, natural setting with mountains in the background. It shows a sequence of asanas, from a standing backbend to Warrior III and Downward-Facing Dog, embodying grace and connection.

About In the Studio: Group Classes & Poses

In these group sessions, we prioritize correct alignment over perfect form, using props like blocks and bolsters to make every pose accessible to every body. You will find that consistency is our real metric of success here; we focus on showing up together, three times a week, to build a practice that supports your mental and physical health long after you leave the mat.
