If you’re dealing with an injury or chronic pain, this is where you start. I guide you through Pilates for injury recovery, building core strength and improving body awareness with mindful movement. The Cadillac and other equipment support you as you regain flexibility and balance. It isn’t about pushing hard - it’s about moving with control so you heal without risking more pain. Sometimes, it’s as simple as, “Beta, squeeze!” and you’ll feel it working.
Bridal & EMS Boost
For brides-to-be, I’ve got a bridal Pilates program that goes beyond basic fitness. I mix Pilates with EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation workouts) for quick, powerful results, plus simple nutrition tweaks to help you shine, inside and out. Expect to say, “Wow yaar!” when you feel the difference.
Prenatal/Postnatal Support

My Story
We’re The Pilates Studio. We started out because regular gyms felt too much, too loud, too intimidating for us and our clients. Here, you walk in with doubts or maybe an old injury, but you leave feeling stronger. Like Arunima, who said she had ‘negative’ arm strength—now she’s all about that stability. Our trainers, Aman sir, Adit sir, they’ll push you, but you’ll laugh, struggle, and come back for more. For us, this is therapy, not just exercise.
