About Pilates for Every Body
Most people think Pilates is only for the already-fit, but our studio is built for everyone, from desk warriors dealing with back pain to pro athletes like Shreyas Iyer. Our Reformer sessions offer a low-impact burn, while the Cadillac and Stability Chair allow for highly targeted work, which is perfect for anyone managing chronic pain or recovering from an injury. If you are short on time, our EMS programs get you a full workout in just 20 minutes.
