About Aerial Yoga
Why I Love Aerial Yoga
Yoga always felt like a quiet chat between my breath and soul. With aerial yoga, that chat lifts off the ground. You get moments of calm and bursts of challenge - it’s freeing, sometimes frustrating, but always a bit surprising. The silk hammock hanging in the studio isn’t just a prop - it’s your partner up there.
How Classes Feel
We use the aerial yoga hammock for moves that mix classic yoga with acrobatics. It’s all rooted in Indian yoga philosophy, but adds a playful twist. Even if you’re new, the hammock supports you, making yoga inversions for beginners totally doable. You’ll find yourself in poses you never thought possible, feeling safe and held.
If you’re chasing a challenge, aerial yoga is serious about core strength. We work every muscle, even the tiny ones that help you balance. Some days, you’ll feel powerful. Other days, the hammock will remind you where you’re still learning.
What You Get Out Of It
- Deep core strength and stability
- That “I’m flying!” feeling - it’s honestly addictive
- New flexibility, as you sink into stretches with less tension
- A workout that’s more playful yoga workout than boring routine
I plan each class so you flow smoothly from one pose to the next, hitting everything from flying split to inverted crunches. You don’t have to get everything right. You just need to show up and give yourself a chance to fly.

My Story
Yoga for me started as just moving my body, but now, it’s how I live. My breath talks to my soul, quietly. Every pose, I’ve fallen, I’ve got up, I’ve waited. Trekking is my jam – Surya Top at 13,000 feet, wow! Did yoga there, felt like a mountain warrior. I drag my gym-loving husband into stretches, and we laugh through couple yoga. For us, yoga is about sharing joy, whether on Karwachauth or just chilling on the mat.
My Work
All-round Yoga Classes, Online & Offline - I teach holistic yoga – group, personal, Vinyasa, couple yoga, kids yoga, Chair Yoga for seniors, aerial yoga.
Yoga for Every Body - Beginners or pros, I make yoga easy. Chair Yoga for seniors, gentle ‘Sukshma Vyayam’ for joints, everyone’s welcome.
Mind-Body Connection - We break energy blocks with Shakti Bandha Asanas, chant, do breathwork, and find balance beyond just poses.
Props Make It Easier - Blocks, wheels, belts – I use them all. Helps you get steady and comfy in every pose, no stress.
Special Focus: Women’s Health - Yoga for hormone balance, menstrual health, and building strength. Women’s wellbeing is super close to my heart.
