This is the first look into my practice, a collection of moments that capture the essence of what aerial yoga offers. It's a journey of strength, grace, and the joy of finding your wings. Each visual is a step, from the exhilarating feeling of flight to the foundational work that gets you there.
Aerial Yoga: Inversions & Flows
This is where we use the silk hammock to support the body, making challenging inversions and acrobatic movements accessible to everyone. We focus on building deep core strength and stability while experiencing the playful feeling of flight.
Mat Work: Foundational Core Strength
A strong core is the foundation for both mat and aerial yoga. These no-equipment exercises are designed to build stability, improve balance, and tone your entire midsection, preparing you for more advanced poses.
Mat Work: Upper Body & Shoulder Conditioning
We build the upper body strength necessary to support you in inversions and aerial poses. This series includes plank variations and Dolphin pose drills to sculpt the shoulders and prepare you for flight.
My Yoga Philosophy
For me, yoga is more than just physical movement; it's a conversation between the breath and the soul. It's about finding stillness in a rushing world and discovering yourself on the journey, whether on the mat or by the sea.
