- Accommodation: Rustic Tea House lodges or Alpine Tents (Twin/Triple share). Sleeping bags provided for camping nights.
- Team: Certified Trek Leader, local guides, and support staff for route navigation and safety.
- Permits: Includes all forest entry fees and trekking permits.
Yoga Program
- Schedule: 2 sessions daily (Morning Sunrise Flow & Evening Restorative).
- Focus: High-altitude Pranayama for acclimatization and nature-based mindfulness.
Food & Safety
- Meals: All meals included from Day 1 Lunch to Day 6 Breakfast.
- Menu: Nutritious vegetarian meals designed for high altitude (Porridge, Dal-Rice, Roti, Soup).

Yoga on the Trail
- I lead Himalayan yoga retreat experiences where we mix trekking with yoga. We hike beautiful trails, sometimes going up to 13,000 feet.
- Imagine holding an asana with the Gangotri mountains in front of you, or breathing in the fresh air on the Sandakphu trail.
- The goal is to blend movement, stillness, and nature - not just a workout, but a full reset for mind and body.
- Safety is a top priority, so I always team up with trusted trekking partners.
Dive Deeper with Workshops
- Themed yoga workshops for all levels, whether you want to master arm balances, open up your back, or just get a better handle on the basics.
- I break down tough poses into small, doable steps - it’s about progress, not perfection.
- Special sessions for office teams too. These focus on yoga for corporate wellness, with easy stretches, pranayama, and guided meditation like Yoga Nidra for relaxation.
- You’ll find a mix of challenge and calm, and always some laughter along the way.

My Story
Yoga for me started as just moving my body, but now, it’s how I live. My breath talks to my soul, quietly. Every pose, I’ve fallen, I’ve got up, I’ve waited. Trekking is my jam – Surya Top at 13,000 feet, wow! Did yoga there, felt like a mountain warrior. I drag my gym-loving husband into stretches, and we laugh through couple yoga. For us, yoga is about sharing joy, whether on Karwachauth or just chilling on the mat.

All-round Yoga Classes, Online & Offline - I teach holistic yoga – group, personal, Vinyasa, couple yoga, kids yoga, Chair Yoga for seniors, aerial yoga.
Yoga for Every Body - Beginners or pros, I make yoga easy. Chair Yoga for seniors, gentle ‘Sukshma Vyayam’ for joints, everyone’s welcome.
Mind-Body Connection - We break energy blocks with Shakti Bandha Asanas, chant, do breathwork, and find balance beyond just poses.
Props Make It Easier - Blocks, wheels, belts – I use them all. Helps you get steady and comfy in every pose, no stress.
Special Focus: Women’s Health - Yoga for hormone balance, menstrual health, and building strength. Women’s wellbeing is super close to my heart.
