Single Day Aerial Introduction
Workshop Specs
3 hour single session held at Evolve Yoga, RR Nagar. Limited batch size of 8 to 12 participants for safety ratios. Lead instruction with hands on spotting assistance.
Syllabus
Introduction to rig safety and grip strength fundamentals. Spinal decompression flow and supported deep stretches. Execution of basic inversions like hanging upside down. Breathwork techniques for aerial exertion.
Equipment & Media
Professional grade nylon tricot aerial hammock. Yoga mats, blocks, and straps for warm up sequences. Assistance with taking photos and videos of poses.
Weekend Aerial Intensive
Schedule
Total duration of 5 hours split over Saturday and Sunday. 2.5 hours per day at Evolve Yoga, RR Nagar. Day 1 focuses on foundations; Day 2 focuses on flows and tricks.
Technical Training
Aerial Flow techniques to transition between poses without touching the floor. Intensive core engagement drills and conditioning. Advanced inversions including Vampire pose variations. Spinal traction and deep release work.
Facility & Perks
Full access to studio amenities including heavy duty silks and crash mats. Personalized posture correction clinic for alignment checks. Dedicated time for capturing video sequences of the flow.

Why I Love Aerial Yoga
I’m all about chasing that feeling of lightness - letting go, having fun, and discovering new things my body and mind can do. Zindagi na milegi dobara, right? (You only live once, so why not try flying?).
What You'll Experience
Aerial yoga isn’t circus-level acrobatics. It’s about using a strong, soft silk hammock to support you in poses, stretches, and even upside-down fun. You’ll get the benefits of deep stretches and feel weightless, but also work your core more than you’d expect. Each session is part playful, part super calming.

Who Can Join?
You don’t need to be flexible or fit - bilkul bhi nahi (not at all). My beginner aerial yoga classes are for anyone curious and willing to try. No experience needed, just bring your curiosity.
My Approach
I keep workshops small for lots of personal attention and safe guidance. Sometimes I call in another instructor for extra support. I trained in Rishikesh, blending traditional yoga with the magic of aerial. My only promise: you’ll leave stronger, maybe braver, and definitely smiling.

Hey, I’m Deepa. Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, right? I’m all about grabbing life with both hands.
